Over the years I’ve done quite a bit of work nationally with NASM, with clients and now Shape Up (SF) around healthy eating and exercise. Why? You may be thinking that exercise psychology is the same as sports psychology so why would I even bother blogging about it. I am blogging about it because they are pretty different. There are some similarities but there are many differences.
